Group Training: Blast At Courthouse Fitness

Blast is a 60-minute group exercise sweat-fest that focuses on cardiovascular endurance, foot speed, agility, and overall functional strength. In Blast, we utilize the bench (which you can control the height of to give class an extra level of intensity) and execute athletic moves to build athletic strength, power, agility, and endurance.

Group Training and Blast are not what they used to be

You might have an idea of what Blast is like. We can almost guarantee you, you’re wrong. Blast is not a dance class with a bench. It is a sixty-minute opportunity to train muscles and movements you rarely get to train.

Blast is a group exercise class for those looking to burn hundreds of calories, build functional strength, and have fun working out.

You probably think in Blast, you’ll just be stepping up and stepping down. And maybe a few jazz hands. 

Wrong!

Here are just a few of the moves you’ll be doing in Blast:

  • Sprints
  • Skaters
  • High knees
  • Push-ups
  • Lunges
  • Squats
  • Defensive Slides
  • Oblique Curls

And you’ll be doing these moves quickly, peaking your cardio and challenging your endurance.
