Group Centergy is a group exercise that moves steadily. You’ll move through standing positions and twists, core work, hip openers, folds, and restoring poses at the perfect pace to keep your muscles warm and your mind focused and relaxed.
You do not need any experience in yoga or Pilates to enjoy the welcoming and challenging group exercise atmosphere of Group Centergy.
