Training your core is the best way to build a foundation for functional fitness. Nearly every movement that you do in your life requires a strong core. A well-trained core helps you stand tall, run well, squat deeply, jump high, land softly, do what you want, when you want.

In Group Core, you will work out every part of your core (your hips, back, abs, and shoulders) in just 30 minutes.

Group Core has some familiar moves (planks, twists), but is mostly full of new, innovative, and fun ways to blast your core and kick up your heart-rate (one-handed burpees, plate thrusts, rotational squats, reverse crunch, and many more).
