Power is one of our most popular group exercise formats. It is popular because it is such a complete workout and almost everyone can participate.

Power promotes head-to-toe, ground-to-ceiling strength, power, and endurance through high repetitions, proper form, and lots of variation.

In one hour of Power, you’ll experience great music, easy-to-follow instructions, a fun and challenging atmosphere and the following effects:

  • Total body strength
  • Core strength
  • The chance to up or lower your weight and movements based on your fitness levels
  • Lots of variety centered in some basic movements (row, curl, squat, lunge, press)
  • Lean muscle gain
  • Fat loss
