Impact Jiu Jitsu strives to build character and discipline in the lives of our youth.
In addition, our Jiu Jitsu program improves physical coordination and teaches valuable self-defense skills.

Our coaches provide the highest level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, with a focus on values and character. We provide a positive and encouraging environment, designed to give students a sense of accomplishment and pride in what they learn each day.

Each Brazilian Jiu Jitsu session begins with a warm-up, and is followed by body weight manipulation, throws, take-downs, joint-locks, and chokes. All sessions are tailored to be age-appropriate.


Kickboxing conditions the entire body, while building muscle, endurance, balance, flexibility, agility, and coordination.

During Kickboxing sessions, students will punch and kick heavy bags, utilize focus mits, and complete partner drills. Please note: there is no sparring or hitting of the head in these sessions.
