Tai Chi Plus
Join Master Instructor Jim Hennigan for a 5-week workshop on the time-honored Chinese art of Tai Chi. Tai Chi Training is all about improving balance, strength, flexibility and overall mobility while reducing overall joint and body pain. This is done by improving the circulation of blood, body fluids and Chi (Qi) or energy/force.
