Member hereby agrees to pay Courthouse for membership pursuant to this Membership Agreement through the month-to-month obligation. Therefore, Member will pay the applicable dues through the monthly obligation and may terminate or cancel the membership by providing a 30-day written notice. As a month-to-month obligation, membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis, unless and until membership is terminated by Member as stipulated herein.
