Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi)

A combative martial art and competitive sport focusing on grappling and ground fighting. Promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can defeat a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique- most notably by applying joint locks and chokeholds to beat the other person.
