Hi Courthouse Families,

We’re excited to welcome you to the pool this Summer! Before you grab your towels and sunscreen, we wanted to share a few important reminders to help keep everyone safe and ensure a great experience for all.

Outdoor Pool = Family Fun
Our outdoor pools are built for Summer fun, offering a place for families to splash, relax, and enjoy the season together. Just a quick note: our indoor pools are designed for exercise and lap swimming, so they aren’t available for family swim, even when the outdoor pool is closed for maintenance.

Daily Outdoor Pool Closure (4:00–4:30 PM)
To keep things clean and safe, our outdoor pools close every day from 4:00 to 4:30 PM so our lifeguards can:

  • Tidy the pool deck
  • Clean the pool’s scum line
  • Take out the trash
  • And take their well-earned break

We appreciate your patience during this short break. The indoor pools will not be open for recreation use during this time.

Supervision: What You Need to Know
For children 13 and under, direct supervision by a parent or guardian is always required, whether a lifeguard is on duty or not.

Here’s the key difference:

  • When a lifeguard is off duty: Parents must be in the water with their kids.
  • When a lifeguard is on duty: Parents must remain close by and attentive.

Our top priority is safety, and your partnership in this makes all the difference.

Thanks so much for helping us create a fun and safe environment for everyone this Summer. If you have any questions, feel free to stop by Courthouse Support or reach out to our Member Services team.

We’ll see you at the pool!
