ABOUT NICK G
Hi! My name is Nick Gilardi, and I own and run Impact Jiu Jitsu. I have trained, rolled, competed, and coached for decades. I love combat sports, and I’m excited for you to love them, too!
In my long career, I have learned a lot. Sure, I know the technical skills and I understand the coaching philosophies. But, more than anything, I know how to create an environment where everyone (children, parents, novices, professionals) feels welcomed, supported, and successful.

Endurance, strength, skills. BJJ is one of the most popular and fastest-growing combat sports in the world. Each session is an amazing workout, but it also includes instruction on use-in-the-world skills from experienced Coaches. You’ll move constantly, learn quickly, and have a blast.
KICKBOXING
CARDIO
Being exhausted never felt so good! These small-group sessions combine skill-building in Muay Thai Kickboxing with High-Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT. Listen to your Coach, keep up with the timer, and get a fantastic workout…guaranteed.

As one participant recently said, “There is no bad day that can’t be fixed by a Muay Thai session!” High-energy classes include instruction, skills training, partner work, and plenty of cardio.
BOXING
Work with your partner. Work the heavy bag. Work out. Our boxing program is the perfect combination of fast-paced cardio exercise and real-world combat skills training. Improve your core strength, foot speed, coordination, and general fitness.
