KIDS COURT

KIDS COURT POLICIES

1. Children must be at least two months of age and no older than ten years of age to attend Kids Court.
2. Children must have a Kids Membership or pay the applicable drop in fee.
3. You must check your child into Kids Court for each visit.
4. Please put your child’s name on their belongings, as Courthouse Club Fitness is not responsible for items left in Kids Court.
5. In an effort to provide a safe and healthy environment for all kids, food or snacks are not allowed in Kids Court.
6. Technological devices are not permitted in Kids Court.
7. Please notify the staff of any allergies or special needs.
8. You must notify Kids Court staff if your child is to be picked up by someone other than the person who checked them in. Children are not allowed to leave on their own.
9. Kids Court is to be used for a maximum of two hours while parents are using the facility.
10. A child with a cough, flu, fever, and/or an excessive runny nose will not be permitted into Kids Court. Please find alternative accommodations for them.
11. Parent permission must be given for staff to assist with bathroom needs for children under three years of age.
12. Parents of infants need to change their diapers prior to leaving them in Kids Court.
13. If given authorization from the parent, we will change soiled diapers, as we are able, depending on the number of children present.
14. Parents will be contacted if the child has been crying, seems ill, seriously misbehaves, or is injured in any way.
15. Children in the care of Kids Court must conduct themselves in a manner that is not disruptive to other children. The Club is under no obligation to accept any child that is disruptive.
