Spring Pilates Series

Something for Everyone

Pilates is one of those things that people try once and wonder why they waited so long. It builds strength, improves how your body moves, and leaves you feeling taller after every single class.

This spring, we are offering three ways to get started or keep going. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or you have been practicing for a while and want something more, there is a spot here for you. Take a look at what is coming up and grab your spot before they fill up.

Springboard Pilates uses leg springs and arm springs to build strength, stability, and improve form for Pilates Mat exercises.

  • Tuesdays, April 7th through April 28th
  • 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM

  • $125 for all four weeks

Gentle Barre blends the ballet barre with Pilates Mat props like balls, bands, and light weights to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.

  • Thursdays, April 7th through April 28th

  • $100 for all four weeks

Barre combines ballet, Pilates, and strength training into a dynamic full body workout.

  • Mondays, April 27th through May 18th
  • 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM

  • $100 for all four weeks
