LESSONS

DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR A NEW SESSION TO BEGIN LESSONS?

Our classes run on a monthly basis rather than by session and new swimmers may start 48-hours after registration at any point throughout the month. If you start mid-month, you will pay a pro-rated amount for the month you start lessons.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL MY CHILD SHOULD START WITH?

Our Deck Supervisor will assess your child at their first lesson and place them at the appropriate level. As a Swim America club, we place swimmers by ability, not by age.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR AND BRING TO LESSONS?

Swimmers should wear a swimsuit that does not restrict movement. Infants and toddlers still in diapers must wear a swim diaper. Swimmers will also need a towel and goggles. The locker rooms are available to all swim families. We do have changing rooms on each pool deck available for your convenience. Please follow all changing room protocols when using our locker rooms.

BILLING

WHAT IS YOUR BILLING POLICY?

Each month, charges for the current month’s lessons will post to your Courthouse account on the 1st and initiate the billing process. On the 9th, the cost of the current month’s lessons will be automatically debited from the payment information you have on file. Please note that some banking institutions may take longer to process this transaction. If you make any changes to your account after the 1st, those changes will become effective in the following month’s billing cycle. Courthouse cannot alter the draft day. The billing period extends from the 1st to the 31st of each month, and payment is due in full by the 15th.

WHAT IF MY CHILD MISSES A LESSON?

Our online booking system allows for parents to enroll and unenroll when needed when things come up. We do not require that your child attend all lessons. However, Courthouse swim does not refund money for missed lessons.
