Do you have a question?
LESSONS
DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR A NEW SESSION TO BEGIN LESSONS?
Our classes run on a monthly basis rather than by session and new swimmers may start 48-hours after registration at any point throughout the month. If you start mid-month, you will pay a pro-rated amount for the month you start lessons.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL MY CHILD SHOULD START WITH?
Our Deck Supervisor will assess your child at their first lesson and place them at the appropriate level. As a Swim America club, we place swimmers by ability, not by age.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR AND BRING TO LESSONS?
Swimmers should wear a swimsuit that does not restrict movement. Infants and toddlers still in diapers must wear a swim diaper. Swimmers will also need a towel and goggles. The locker rooms are available to all swim families. We do have changing rooms on each pool deck available for your convenience. Please follow all changing room protocols when using our locker rooms.
BILLING
WHAT IS YOUR BILLING POLICY?
Accounts are debited automatically from the account of your choice on the 10th of each month for the current month’s lessons. Please note that if any changes are made to your account after the 1st of each month, the applicable changes will be effective for the following month.
WHAT IF MY CHILD MISSES A LESSON?
Our online booking system allows for parents to enroll and unenroll when needed when things come up. We do not require that your child attend all lessons. However, Courthouse swim does not refund money for missed lessons.
