Courthouse (“Club”) agrees to make its location available to (“Group” or “Person”) under the following conditions:

CLUB

  1. Club will make facilities available beginning at on and ending at on .
  2. Club will allow Group to begin decorating beginning at on .
  3. Group is to remove all party belongings from the Club by on .

TOTAL COST: $

TERMS

  1. Payment will be made in full in order to deliver the party.
  2. Group will ensure that all persons using club facilities are doing so in a manner that is safe and not damaging to Club facilities. Group will compensate the Club for damage resulting from the event.
  3. Group will not allow participants to make use of weight training equipment, cardiovascular equipment, saunas, stereo equipment during this event.
  4. Group will remove all items brought into the club. *no helium balloons, no confetti, no glitter, no powders*
  5. No alcohol allowed, unless previously approved using our preferred vendor.
  6. Event cancellations within one week of the event date are non-refundable.
  7. Event may be rescheduled at no additional cost due to inclement weather or illness, provided notice is given at least one day prior to the scheduled event.
