Below is everything happening at Courthouse this season, including adjusted hours, Coffeebar apparel and specials, and ways to support our community.

If your plan is not changing, no action is needed. Please continue using the Club as usual.

If your plan is changing in 2026, please update your information by Monday, December 22nd to ensure your new plan still qualifies for a health club benefit.

Your holiday routine, rewarded

Celebrate the season with our 12 Days of Fitness challenge, running from December 1st through 12th! Each day you check in and use the club, you’ll earn a raffle card, which is your entry into our grand prize drawing.

The rules are simple:

• Check in daily from Dec 1st – 12th
• Earn one raffle card per day
• More visits = more chances to win!

We will also be giving out mini prizes throughout the challenge. Winners will be randomly selected based on daily check-ins and announced by your Club Director, so be sure to keep showing up for your chance to win.

Whether you’re squeezing in a quick workout or showing up for your favorite class, every visit counts. Keep your momentum going and finish the year strong!

Have you been interested in trying Pilates? Now’s the time! 

Our upcoming Barre Pilates four-week series blends the precision of Pilates with the flow of ballet and the mindfulness of yoga for a feel-good workout that challenges your body in the best way.

Each class focuses on small, controlled movements that tone and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, balance, and flexibility.

Series Details:

• Every Monday from December 1st through December 22nd
• 10 AM
• South River Road Courthouse
• $100 for all four weeks or $35 for a single class drop-in

This series is created for all skill levels.No prior dance experience is required.

Whether you’re brand new or returning, these focused sessions offer high-quality instruction and lots of reps, all in a fun, competitive environment.

Costumes, Dancing, and Free Drinks

It’s back and it’s getting spooky.

We’re bringing Club Dance to West Salem this October and giving it a Halloween makeover. Think loud music, your favorite instructors, and a costume contest that might just make you internet famous.

Grab a friend, throw on a costume, and hit the dance floor with us!

Oregon Beverage will be covering drinks for the night. Tacos from El Pique will be on-site and available for purchase.

Got kids? We’ve got you covered. Kids Court is staying open late until 8:00 PM with plenty of halloween fun for the little ones.

We’ll also have brand new 2025 Club Dance tanks available at the merch table, so come early if you want to snag one.

You may have heard this term in the past by Instructors, Baristas, or even our Fitness Coaches. But, what does it mean?

During release drop week, we refine our Group Fitness schedule to constantly improve the experience and welcome new members to class.

This is also when new music and new moves are introduced to class. So, if you jump into a new class during a release drop week, everyone will be learning a new routine.

Looking for a way to help your child burn energy, build confidence, and stay active this fall? Our upcoming Impact Jiu Jitsu camp offers the perfect after-school boost with movement-based training in a positive and structured setting.

This four-week camp is designed to keep kids engaged, challenged, and encouraged through fun workouts and skill-building activities led by motivating coaches.
