Share the warmth this fall

As the weather begins to turn crisp and the leaves start to fall, many in our community are facing the colder months without a warm coat. This September, we are partnering with Union Gospel Mission to help make a difference.

From September 8th to 14th, we are collecting new or gently used coats of all sizes at every Courthouse location. Whether it’s a children’s jacket your family has outgrown or an extra winter coat hanging in the closet, your donation can make a meaningful impact.

Donation barrels will be placed in the lobby of all Courthouse Clubs, making it easy to give during your next visit. Together, we can spread kindness, comfort, and warmth throughout Salem this season.

Kick off the season with info, introductions, and next steps

Let’s Inspire Our Community, One Story at a Time

At Courthouse, we believe in the life-changing power of movement. Whether you’re part of our team or a valued club member, you may have experienced how becoming active has helped you overcome a personal challenge. Maybe it was recovering from an injury, improving your mental health, losing weight, building confidence, or discovering a stronger version of yourself.

This fall, we’re launching a new social media campaign celebrating the powerful, personal stories that come from moving your body, and we’d love to share yours.

We’re planning a Courthouse Media Day and are looking for individuals willing to:

  • Share their story of overcoming an obstacle through movement
  • Participate in a video and/or photo shoot
  • Be featured on our social media platforms

If you’re interested in being part of this inspiring campaign, please fill out the form below, and we’ll be in touch with the next steps!

Tell us your story today!

We’re making important updates to improve the Keizer shower areas.

The current image has no alternative text. The file name is: Shower-Closure-July-2025-Email-Header.jpg

At Courthouse, we’re always looking for opportunities to keep our Clubs clean, maintained, and functioning at their best. That’s why we’re making some important updates to the Keizer Locker Room shower areas the week of August 18th.

This upgrade will help resolve ongoing issues, such as hard water buildup and aging fixtures. All things that many of you have experienced firsthand.

Here’s what to expect during the update:

  • Shower areas will be closed all week
  • Locker room changing areas will remain open as usual
  • Water will be shut off each day from approximately 12–4 PM
    • Restrooms will be available when water is on
    • Porta-potties will be available during shut-off hours
    • The Coffeebar will serve brewed coffee only during water shut-offs
  • Our Age2O classes will still occur, please be mindful of drying off before entering the lobby space.

We understand that this is a short-term inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience as we make these improvements to these spaces.

Thanks for being part of our community,

For a Safe & Fun Season

Hi Courthouse Families,

We’re excited to welcome you to the pool this Summer! Before you grab your towels and sunscreen, we wanted to share a few important reminders to help keep everyone safe and ensure a great experience for all.

Outdoor Pool = Family Fun
Our outdoor pools are built for Summer fun, offering a place for families to splash, relax, and enjoy the season together. Just a quick note: our indoor pools are designed for exercise and lap swimming, so they aren’t available for family swim, even when the outdoor pool is closed for maintenance.

Daily Outdoor Pool Closure (4:00–4:30 PM)
To keep things clean and safe, our outdoor pools close every day from 4:00 to 4:30 PM so our lifeguards can:

  • Tidy the pool deck
  • Clean the pool’s scum line
  • Take out the trash
  • And take their well-earned break

We appreciate your patience during this short break. The indoor pools will not be open for recreation use during this time.

Supervision: What You Need to Know
For children 13 and under, direct supervision by a parent or guardian is always required, whether a lifeguard is on duty or not.

Here’s the key difference:

  • When a lifeguard is off duty: Parents must be in the water with their kids.
  • When a lifeguard is on duty: Parents must remain close by and attentive.

Our top priority is safety, and your partnership in this makes all the difference.

Thanks so much for helping us create a fun and safe environment for everyone this Summer. If you have any questions, feel free to stop by Courthouse Support or reach out to our Member Services team.

We’ll see you at the pool!
